Spent Easter at this hotel and must say, the location was prime - close to various attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities provided. Bonus points for the complimentary Easter basket waiting in the room for us. The restaurant offered delicious food options and had a lovely atmosphere.
We experienced several issues during our stay. The staff was not as friendly or helpful as we had hoped, and some even seemed uninterested in helping us with basic requests. The room service menu was limited, and the food quality was subpar. while the location and room were great, the lackluster service and food left us with a subpar experience.

This hotel fulfilled my need for luxury amenities with its exceptional service and spa center. I was impressed by the outdoor swimming pool and the full body massage. the garden area was also lovely and offered a relaxing atmosphere.

Great view, spacious and modern villa with unique concept. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the staycation comfortable. , the delicious dessert is very much worth trying.
The room needs some maintenance work as the door and shower were broken. The breakfast menu could also use some variation.

The hotel's location is very convenient for travelers to get around. the rooms and bathrooms are well maintained, and the staff provides excellent service to guests. the breakfast is satisfactory and meets the standard that belongs to an average hotel, but no other culinary experience is worth mentioning.
Sadly, the facilities for children's entertainment are not quite diverse, just simplistic types, and somewhat overpriced for what's on offer.

We had an amazing stay with a spacious room, modern style, and a great view. Hotel facilities were clean and new, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious food and dessert at the restaurant.

The K-Gallery Hotel is fantastic! The view is amazing, the villa is spacious and modern, the dessert is delicious, and the hotel concept is unique. The limited number of rooms ensures a comfortable and enjoyable staycation. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
